Originally from Maryland, Ivy now calls Travelers Rest, SC home. A dedicated sound therapist and holistic wellness practitioner, she blends decades of experience in physical training with deep expertise in spiritual healing. Ivy’s work combines Reiki, yoga, metaphysical studies, and sound therapy to support others on their path to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Bridget Brennan: Musician
Bridget is a multi-instrumentalist who works locally as a music therapist, and has cultivated a repertoire of folk and celtic-leaning songs to perform live. She plays in a local Celtic rock band and is a lead singer in a 90s cover band as well. One of her favorite hobbies is visiting cats and animals, walking in nature, or doing hula hoop tricks by the river.
